Corporate Yacht Charters in Miami

Client entertainment, offsites and launches on a private yacht, arranged and invoiced in one place.

Ver en español

A yacht gives a company something a restaurant private room cannot: a few hours with clients or a leadership team, away from phones and other tables, with Miami's skyline as the backdrop. Altrove Yachts arranges corporate charters for client entertainment, team offsites, board dinners and product launches, with the captain and crew handling the yacht so your hosts can focus on guests.

The practical side matters as much as the yacht. We send one itemized quote covering the charter, catering, transfers and any branding, and we can discuss invoicing your company directly, with payment terms confirmed in the quote. Weekday charters are usually easier to secure than weekends, and often at shorter notice.

Most Miami day yachts carry up to 13 guests. For a larger team or client list, we book two yachts of similar size that leave together, anchor together and return together, so the group stays one event. During busy event weeks such as Art Basel, usually in early December, we recommend booking well ahead.

What corporate clients book with us

Client entertainment

A sunset cruise past Star Island with a chef-led menu, a host on board and nothing on the agenda except conversation.

Team offsites

Use the salon for a morning session, then anchor for lunch and a swim. Six- and eight-hour charters suit a working day.

Product launches

A yacht at Epic Marina or IGY Miami makes a striking setting for a small launch, press preview or partner reception.

Two yachts for larger groups

Groups over 13 split across two matched yachts that cruise and anchor side by side, coordinated by one advisor.

Branding and catering

Branded napkins, flags or welcome cards and catering to your brief, subject to each yacht's approval and itemized in the quote.

Event-week hospitality

Host clients on the water during Art Basel or the Miami boat show, typically in February. Book early for those weeks.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a corporate yacht charter in Miami cost?

In our corporate selection, four hours on the 92-foot Pershing 92 is $6,900 and on the 105-foot Azimut S is $7,500, with 10% gratuity included on that yacht. The 116-foot Rylax is $10,500 for four hours, and the 118-foot Tycoon starts at $25,000 for six. Catering, branding and tax are itemized.

Can you invoice our company directly?

Ask your advisor about invoicing in your company's name when you request the quote. Payment terms, deposit and any tax vary by yacht and are set out in the quote before you commit, so your finance team can review one document.

What if our group is larger than 13 people?

Most Miami day yachts carry up to 13 guests. For larger groups we book two or more yachts that depart, cruise and anchor together. We try to match them in size and style so no part of the group feels like the second boat.

Are weekday charters available for corporate events?

Yes, and they are often the best choice. Weekdays have more availability, the marinas and sandbars are quieter, and short-notice bookings are more realistic. Weekends and event weeks fill earlier, so book those two to three weeks ahead or more.

Can we add branding and catering for our guests?

Yes. We can arrange catering from canapés to a plated dinner, plus branded napkins, flags, welcome cards or gifts. Anything attached to the yacht needs the owner's approval, which we request in advance. All of it is itemized in your quote.

Can guests be picked up outside Miami?

Yes. Pickups can be arranged as far north as Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. A repositioning fee applies, set per yacht and always included in the quote with the pickup details. For guests flying in, our sister brand Altrove Jets can arrange the flight.
