How Much Does a Yacht Rental in Miami Cost?
Real rates from the yachts we book, explained band by band, with the extras that appear on a quote.
The honest answer is that a crewed yacht in Miami costs anywhere from $2,800 to more than $30,000 for the day, and most of that spread comes down to one thing: length. A 60-foot Azimut and a 125-foot Custom Line both carry up to 13 guests, but they are very different days on the water, with very different running costs.
This guide walks through the price bands in the fleet we book, from 60 feet to the referral-only 125-footers, and explains what else moves the number: how many hours you book, which day of the week, and whether your date falls in an event week. The live rate table below the guide shows the current hourly rates for each yacht.
We also cover the lines that appear on a quote after the charter rate itself, such as gratuity, sales tax, catering and the APA, which applies on every yacht. Nothing on our quotes is hidden: every extra is itemized before you pay a deposit, so you can compare yachts on a like-for-like basis.

Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest way to rent a yacht in Miami?
In our fleet, the lowest rate is $2,800 for four hours on a 60-foot Azimut for up to 13 guests. Split across a full group, that is a little over $215 per person before extras. Booking a weekday gives you the widest choice of yachts at that size.
Is it better value to book 4 hours or 6 hours?
Usually six. On a 60-foot Azimut, two extra hours add $400 to the rate, so the hourly cost drops from $700 to about $533. On the 92-foot Pershing the jump is $1,200. Six hours also leaves time for a sandbar stop and a relaxed cruise back.
Do I need to tip the crew on a Miami yacht charter?
It depends on the yacht. Some rates already include gratuity, for example the Azimut S 105 includes 10%, and the Princess 88 includes it on hourly charters. Where gratuity is not included, your quote shows it as a separate line so there are no surprises on the day.
What is an APA on a yacht charter?
APA stands for Advance Provisioning Allowance. It applies on every yacht we book: an advance paid on top of the charter fee to cover costs like fuel, food, drinks and dockage. On the daily terms for Cloud 9 or Sirena 88 it is 35%, and your quote shows the amount for your yacht and charter.
Are weekend yacht rentals more expensive in Miami?
The published hourly rate is usually the same, but weekends and holiday weeks book up first, so the most popular yachts in each size go early. Weekdays give you more choice, and during big event weeks rates and minimum hours can differ. Your advisor confirms pricing for your exact date.
Is sales tax added to the charter price?
Sometimes. Whether sales tax applies, and at what rate, depends on the yacht and how the charter is structured. On the 125-foot Never Blue, for example, the listing notes 7% sales tax. Your quote states clearly whether tax is included or added.
