Yacht Charter for the Miami Boat Show

During the industry's biggest week in Miami, host your clients on a yacht of your own.

The Miami International Boat Show usually takes place in mid-February and draws builders, brokers, dealers and buyers from around the world. For a few days the city's waterfront becomes the industry's meeting room, and every hotel lobby and restaurant is full of people trying to talk business. A private yacht gives you a place to do that properly.

Exhibitors and brands charter yachts to take key buyers out between show days, to hold meetings without interruptions and to host dinners on the bay in the evening. Where dock space allows, the yacht can also carry your group between waterfront venues and hotels, which can save time compared with the roads during show week.

Show week is one of the busiest in the Miami calendar, so yachts book out early, and some set minimum hours or event rates; your quote will show any event-week minimums. For clients flying in, our sister brand Altrove Jets can arrange the private jet. We are not affiliated with the show and do not provide passes or exhibitor access.

Using a yacht during show week

Meetings without interruptions

Take a buyer or partner out for a few hours. No booth traffic, no phones ringing on the next table.

Moving between venues

Where docking allows, travel by water between the waterfront venues and your hotel instead of sitting in show-week traffic.

Evening hosting

Close the day with dinner at anchor or a cocktail cruise along the skyline, with the crew handling service.

Yachts that speak for themselves

Buyers at a boat show notice the details. A well-kept Azimut, Sanlorenzo or Custom Line sets the tone for the conversation.

Flights handled too

Altrove Jets, our sister brand, can arrange private jet travel so out-of-town clients arrive on time and rested.

Arrive in style

Arrive by private jet

Flying in for the weekend? Altrove Jets, our sister brand, arranges private jet and helicopter charter into South Florida, so one team plans the flight and the yacht.

Frequently asked questions

When is the Miami International Boat Show?

The show usually takes place in mid-February over several days. Exact dates and venues change, so check the show's official website first. Then send us the days you plan to host clients and we will match yachts to those dates.

Can we charter a yacht to host clients during the boat show?

Yes. That is the most common reason companies charter with us during show week. You can book a few hours for a meeting, a full afternoon for a small group of buyers, or an evening dinner cruise. The captain and crew handle the yacht and the service on board.

Can the yacht take us to the show venues?

Where dock space allows, the yacht can carry your group between waterfront locations and hotels. We confirm docking for each stop in advance. We are not affiliated with the show, cannot provide entry passes, and docking at the show itself is not something we arrange.

Are there minimum hours during boat show week?

Some yachts set a minimum charter length or event rate during the busiest days, and others keep their usual four-hour option. It varies by owner, and your quote will show any event-week minimums before you confirm the booking.

What does it cost to host clients on a yacht?

In our fleet, a four-hour charter on the 105-foot Azimut S is $8,000 with 10% gratuity included, and the 97-foot Astonish is $7,500. Catering, drinks and tax are itemized in your quote. Larger yachts such as the 118-foot Tycoon start at $20,500 for four hours.

Plan your boat show week

Send us the days you plan to host, the number of guests and what you want the time on board to achieve. An advisor will reply with yachts and prices.

Altrove Yachts is a charter broker and arranges yachts from third-party operators. Availability, pickup marina and pricing are confirmed in writing with every quote.
