Birthday Party Yacht in Miami
A private deck for a 30th, a 60th or a ten-year-old's first time on a big boat.
Birthdays are the most common reason people charter a yacht with us, and they vary more than any other occasion. A 40th with close friends wants music and a sandbar. A grandmother's 80th wants shade, a comfortable salon and an easy boarding step. A child's party wants life jackets in the right sizes and a crew that is relaxed around kids.
We plan around the guest of honor. Tell us the age, who is coming and how the day should feel, and your advisor shortlists yachts with the right layout: a shaded aft deck for older relatives, a bow jacuzzi or plunge pool for a party crowd, or a swim platform for children who want to be in the water all afternoon.
The cake is usually the moment everyone remembers. The crew can keep it chilled until you are ready, and many families time the candles for sunset on the way back across Biscayne Bay, with the downtown skyline behind them. Each yacht's policy on candles and confetti is confirmed when you book.
How we plan a birthday on board
Milestone birthdays
For a 30th, 40th or 50th, a longer six-hour charter leaves room for a sandbar stop, a proper lunch and the sunset toast.
Family birthdays with kids
Tell us each child's age so the right life jackets are aboard. Shallow sandbars and swim platforms make easy, supervised swimming.
Cake and decorations
We can have the cake delivered to the yacht and balloons or table styling set up before guests arrive.
Timed for sunset
Book the charter so the cake comes out as the sun drops behind downtown Miami and Brickell.
Pools and jacuzzis
Cloud 9 has a bow jacuzzi and Sirena 88 a bow plunge pool with a flybridge jacuzzi, popular for adult birthdays.

Head back up Biscayne Bay as the light turns gold.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a birthday yacht party in Miami cost?
Four-hour charters on the 60-foot Supreme II start at $2,800, and six hours is $3,200. The 82-foot Milagros is $5,200 for four hours, and Cloud 9 or Sirena 88, with their jacuzzis and pools, start at $9,000. Catering, cake, decorations, gratuity and tax are itemized in your quote.
Can children come on a birthday yacht charter?
Yes, children are welcome and count toward the guest limit of up to 13. Let us know each child's age so the crew has suitable life jackets on board. Parents stay responsible for supervision, and the captain chooses calm anchorages for swimming.
Can we bring a birthday cake on the yacht?
Yes. You can bring your own or we can arrange one from a local bakery and have it delivered to the marina. The crew keeps it cool until you are ready. Whether candles or sparklers are allowed depends on the yacht and is confirmed in advance.
What is the best time for a birthday cruise?
For families with young children, late morning to mid-afternoon works best, with a sandbar stop and lunch. For adult birthdays, an afternoon charter that ends around sunset gives you swimming first and the toast in golden light as you return.
Can we stop at a restaurant during the party?
Many groups stop by boat at a waterfront restaurant on the Miami River such as Kiki on the River. Dockage is limited, so we confirm dock space and your table with the restaurant for your date before it goes into the plan.
