Ultra and Miami Music Week usually land in late March, when DJs, labels and fans from around the world fill the city for a week of shows and parties. Nights run late, and the days in between are for being on the water. A private yacht gives your group a daytime party on your own terms, away from the lines.
Groups use the week differently. Some book a sandbar day at Haulover or Nixon with music on deck and the water toys out. Others want a slow afternoon cruise after a long night, with shade, cold drinks and nowhere to be. If music matters to you, ask about a DJ or extra sound on board; it can often be arranged on request.
Music week is one of the busiest weeks of spring in Miami, so the most popular party yachts book early, and some set minimum hours or event rates; your quote will show any event-week minimums. When is Ultra and Miami Music Week?
Ultra and Miami Music Week usually take place in late March, with the festival weekend at the end of a week of parties around the city. Check the official event websites for exact dates, then send us yours and we will look at yacht availability.
Can we have a DJ on the yacht?
Often, yes. Many groups bring their own DJ or ask us to arrange one, and some yachts can add extra sound equipment. What fits depends on the yacht's layout and power, so your advisor confirms the setup and any cost in your quote before you book.
Does the yacht go to the Ultra festival?
No. The yacht is a separate, private day on the water, not a way into the festival. We do not sell or include tickets and have no link with Ultra or Miami Music Week. Many guests charter for the days around their shows instead.
How much does a yacht party cost during music week?
Four-hour rates in our fleet start at $3,300 on a 60-foot Azimut and reach $9,500 on the Sirena 88 or Cloud 9. During music week some yachts apply event rates or minimum hours, and your quote will show any of these before you confirm.
How many people can come on a music week yacht party?
Every yacht on this page carries up to 13 guests, which is the usual limit for Miami day charters. For bigger groups we can book two yachts that cruise together and anchor side by side at the sandbar, depending on space on the day.
When should we book for Miami Music Week?
As soon as your group has dates. The party-friendly yachts with pools, jacuzzis and big sun decks are usually the first to go in March. Booking early also gives you a better choice of departure marina and time slot.
